I had an issue with my septic system and filed a home warranty claim. Alabama Pumper was assigned to my case, and this was my first time working with them. I filed the claim on a Sunday evening, and they were at my house by 9 a.m. Monday morning. The communication from Paula in the office was excellent. The onsite technician, Josh, was fantastic—he explained everything he was doing along the way. We encountered an unusual issue with my existing panel that required additional troubleshooting the next day. Jay, the owner, came out personally with Josh, diagnosed the problem, and resolved it quickly. I had no prior experience with Alabama Pumper, but after this, I plan to use them for all future work, whether or not it’s through a home warranty. I will recommend Alabama Pumper to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you!
Alabama Pumper was excellent! They are my go to for all of our septic needs. The rain really hampered their ability to make our first appointment time, but they kept in communication about arrival and were actually earlier than expected. Alex did a wonderful job of explaining everything that he was doing to the system. They aren’t out to oversell you! We expected to have to replace items, but he was able to handle everything without costly repairs. The septic system is working great and we’ve had no issues since they serviced the system.
Mrs. Paula was wonderful to speak with and Josh the technician had excellent customer service. Josh unfortunately had the pleasure of showing me the bad work done by the previous company (unknown, before I purchased the house), he educated me on how the system is supposed to properly work and showed me the faults in the previous work. Would highly recommend this company if you want the work done right.
We encountered a late-afternoon plumbing issue, necessitating navigation through multiple channels to secure on-site assistance. We were extremely pleased to have someone arrive the same day. Josh arrived, demonstrating exceptional politeness, courtesy, and professionalism. We were uncertain about the location of our septic system, which was discovered to be underneath our deck. Josh facilitated continued use of our plumbing until Jay could devise a plan for the cleanout. Upon his return, Josh promptly commenced work, and all systems are now operational. We highly recommend Alabama Pumper for any future plumbing requirements.
I was scheduled with another company, waited 2 weeks only for them to call and cancel on me. I called Alabama Pumper and told them my situation, Paula was able to have someone come out the very next day! Josh arrived on time, very polite and professional, and did an AWESOME job. Very respectful of my time and property, again did an awesome job, even made sure everything flushed and worked properly before he left. 10/10 Absolutely recommend them, trust me if you need your septic pumped out, just save yourself the time and hassle, call Alabama Pumper FIRST, you wont be let down or left waiting weeks and weeks.
I had a late afternoon plumbing problem that required my septic tank needing pumped out so my drains would work. I tried 7 places, nobody could come until next week sometime. I kept scrolling down and found Alabama Pumper. I called and they not only put me on the list for the next morning at 9am, they let me know I was first on the list and came by 8. The guy cleaning out the system was excellent. He answered all my questions and did a great job overall. Paula was in contact with me from start to finish. If I could give them 10 stars I would. You can trust this business to do excellent work, in a timely manner, at a very reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are definitely saved in my contact list!!
They quickly responded to our issue and provided excellent and exceptional service. The payment was convenient, the staff was polite and respectful of our property, they all provided service as a job well-done. Alex came out same-day to pump a tank and was extremely courteous and friendly. The owner Jay called me and we spoke of options and he assured me of a reasonable plan forward even when he could have upsold me on a new system. He gives you only what you need.
